We delete the EGR, catalytic converter, particulate filter (DPF/FAP) and AdBlue (SCR) systems in software, in the control unit, and clear the related fault codes. We do the software part of the job, the ECU firmware.
For every car we first identify the unit and the condition of the systems, and only then say what can be done and how.

When you need it
- The particulate filter is clogged, a warning is on, or regenerations are frequent.
- The EGR valve is coking up and the engine runs unevenly and loses power.
- The AdBlue system keeps throwing errors and the repair is too expensive.
- After the catalytic converter has been physically removed, the fault codes need clearing and the ECU needs to be matched.
How the work goes
- Diagnostics. We identify the make, model and ECU version and check fault codes and the condition of the EGR, particulate filter, catalytic converter and AdBlue.
- Backup. We read and save the original firmware.
- Work. We disable the required systems in the firmware and clear the related fault codes on professional licensed equipment.
- Check. We write the firmware and verify there are no fault codes and the engine runs correctly.
Frequently asked questions
Is this only for diesels?
No. EGR and particulate filters are more common on diesels, while the catalytic converter and related fault codes apply to petrol and diesel cars. For every car we first identify the unit and see what is possible.
Is diagnostics needed?
Yes. Before the work we check fault codes and the condition of the system: if the fault is in another component, we'll tell you right away.
Can everything be restored?
Yes, the original firmware is saved in the backup.
