Stage 1–2 chip tuning in Yerevan

More power and torque through an individual calibration of the engine control unit.

Chip tuning means changing the calibration of the engine control unit (ECU) to raise power and torque. Stage 1 is done in software only, on the car's stock hardware. Stage 2 is meant for cars with a modified intake and exhaust: we choose the calibration for the parts installed.

We choose the calibration for your car and fuel and keep a safety margin for the engine and gearbox. You can see the indicative gain for your make and engine in the calculator.

Price from 30,000 ֏

Starting price. The final cost depends on the make, model, year and ECU version — we'll quote it once we know your car's details.

When you need it

  • Turbocharged engines, petrol and diesel, give the most noticeable gain.
  • The car feels sluggish at low revs or when overtaking and you want a more responsive engine.
  • You have fitted a sports exhaust or an intercooler and need a Stage 2 calibration.
  • Naturally aspirated engines give a modest gain, and we quote realistic figures before starting.

How the work goes

  1. Diagnostics. We identify the make, model and ECU version and check fault codes and the condition of the engine and gearbox.
  2. Backup. We read and save the original firmware.
  3. Calibration. We choose and apply a calibration for your car and fuel on professional licensed equipment.
  4. Check. We write the firmware and verify fault codes and engine operation.

Frequently asked questions

Does a remap harm the engine?

The calibration is chosen for the car's condition and fuel, keeping a safety margin for the components. We run diagnostics first: if the engine, clutch or gearbox isn't ready for more torque, we'll tell you straight away.

Can the factory firmware be restored?

Yes. Before any write we read and save the original firmware, so the factory state can be restored.

What gain will my car get?

The calculator shows indicative figures for your make, model and engine. The exact result depends on the car's condition and fuel quality.

What about the manufacturer's warranty?

A calibration change can affect the dealer warranty. If your car is under warranty, weigh this before ordering; the original firmware stays in the backup.
